The Bailiwick of Austria was a bailiwick of the Teutonic Order, comprised of territories in Austria. The Teutonic Order originally held a seat in the Imperial Diet through the bailiwick, but it was eventually abolished. After the Teutonic Order was suppressed in Germany during the Napoleonic Wars, it continued in Austria protected by the Emperor.
