The German Empire also known as Imperial Germany, Second Reich, or just Germany is the timeline of the German Reich. The German Empire consisted of 25 states, each with its nobility. It was not until the November Revolution in 1918 that the German Reich dissolved. The German Empire was created on 18 January 1871 when most of the South German states joined the North German Confederation. The new Constitution was made on the 16th of April. It changed the name to The German Empire, Berlin stayed the capital, and Otto von Bismarck, became Chancellor of the head government. As these circumstances happened, the Prussian-led North German Confederation and its German allies engaged in the Franco-Prussian War.

Kamerun an African colony, was established 1884 and disestablished in 1920, two years after the German Empire dissolved. Its now apart of Nigeria and Cameroon. The currency is the Golden Mark and it has the population of 4,645,000 in 1912.
