The Kingdom of France was a french kingdom. The kingdom would last from 987 to 1792 before being succeed by the French First Republic as a result of the French Revolution although the kingdom of France would have a few more resurgences under the First French Empire, Bourbon Restoration, July Monarchy (France) and the Second French Empire
